"I had a very significant price increase in my auto insurance, I contacted State Farm to have some help in understanding what had happened, I had an appointment to chat with a representative, the answers I received were extremely general using the words could be might be and I'm not sure, I then posted a reply to The First person I spoke with, he requested a reply which I sent to him but I also CC'd my original agent David, and he got back to me and I got some solid answers from David"

"Being fed up with the constant excessive premium increases from the issuers of several of my policies, I'm searching other companies for equal or better coverage for less cost. "Definitely would recommend response in a timely manner has helped me get the insurance that I need going forward with my life! Didn't oversell me gave me exactly what I needed for my situation! Update!!! After filing a claim with State Farm it took MONTHS to get an answer. The ability to get the information to them was extremely difficult (to be fair my job also made it challenging as well ) I also had to deal with a completely different person when filing and in the end they denied my claim and issued me a refund of all my payments I had made.. and now I am without income for 6 months after surgery"
