Cailin is extremely professional, very thorough, extremely sweet and has always been able to help me, serve me, and take care of my insurance needs. When I have concerns with my insurance policy for my cars - she has always been able to lower my costs by working with me. I called in September because we have an extra policy on our home. The price had risen too much and I didn't want to pay it. Cailin took the time to investigate other options along with lowering my original policy by $40.
